short answer
In September 2026, labs that publish prices listed $150 to $325 for identity, purity and mg content on one common peptide, and $150 to $400 for a GLP-1. Endotoxin added $150 to $300. Our sum of list prices for one semaglutide or tirzepatide vial with endotoxin ran from $300 to $600, depending on the lab. Finnrick sells tests at partner labs from $39 a sample, and several labs quote instead of publishing prices.
Peptide testing prices by lab: the core test
The core test says what is in the vial: identity, purity and content in mg. The table sorts 11 labs and services by their list price for BPC-157. Labs with one price for every peptide charge the same for a GLP-1. Labs that price per peptide charge more for GLP-1s, up to $400 for retatrutide at TrustPointe.
| Lab | What the core test covers | BPC-157 | Semaglutide or tirzepatide | Extra vial, same batch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bioviridian | Identity, purity and net peptide content | $150 | $150 | Not published |
| Chromate | HPLC analysis per compound | $180 | $300 | $50 |
| ILS Laboratories | HPLC panel: identity by retention time, purity, quantity | $200 | $200 | $50 |
| TrustPointe Analytics | Assay: identity, mg and purity | $200 (BPC-157 arginate) | $300 (retatrutide $400) | Not shown in its store |
| Janoshik | mg per vial and purity by HPLC | $215 | $360 (blind test that names which GLP-1 is present) | $75 (variance testing add-on) |
| Freedom Diagnostics | Purity and identity, $200; net content, $25 more | $225 | $225 | $50 |
| Accumark Labs | Identity, purity and quantity by HPLC; one price for any peptide, blends included | $250 | $250 | $76.50 (variance testing; regular price $90) |
| Vanguard Laboratory | Silver package: purity, quantity, identity, solubility | $250 | $250 | $100 for 1 to 3 extra vials |
| PharmLabs | Potency and purity by HPLC | $275 | $275 | Not published |
| Horizon Analytical | Purity, identity and quantity | $325 | $325 (one price in its public table) | Not published |

All prices are list prices in US dollars, before shipping and tax, read on each lab’s or service’s own pages in September 2026. A list is not a quote, and prices change. Chromate listed its sterility test at $180 in July 2024 and at $240 in September 2026, so check the current page before you ship. Prices across the wider market, with methods and turnaround, are in the peptide testing market in 2026.
Two labs need a note. BTLabs lists $125 per compound on its order page for BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and others, and $150 for CJC-1295, MOTS-c and KPV. The product pages do not say which tests each price covers, and the lab’s official price list sits behind a request form, so confirm the scope in writing. ACS Peptide Testing Labs publishes ranges instead of prices: purity $150 to $300, identity $200 to $400, and both together $350 to $650, with a fixed quote per job.
Testing through Finnrick
Finnrick is not a lab. It orders tests from partner labs and sells three routes. Community tests are free, cover identity, purity and quantity, and are published; Finnrick picks the lab. Standard costs $250, adds endotoxin and keeps the result private. Custom lets you choose the lab: from $39 a sample at Krause Analytical, $69 at Ichor, $79 at BTLabs and $169 at PharmLabs. Endotoxin adds $29 to $110, depending on the lab. Who pays and what that means is covered in free peptide testing and how Finnrick works.
Endotoxin and sterility prices by lab
| Lab | Endotoxin | What the lab sells as sterility | Sterility price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vanguard Laboratory | $210 | USP <71>, 14 days, one extra vial | $150 |
| Bioviridian | $150 | USP <71>, two vials | $200 |
| Accumark Labs | $200, in EU/mL | USP <71>, 14 days, dedicated vial; or a PCR screen | $250; PCR screen $230 |
| Horizon Analytical | $200 | Outsourced test, 16 days listed | $275 |
| TrustPointe Analytics | $300 (USP <85>) | USP <71>, 14 to 21 day lead time | $300 |
| Chromate | $240, kinetic chromogenic LAL, in EU | Membrane filtration and incubation, per its services page | $240 |
| Freedom Diagnostics | $175, pass or fail | PCR screen for microbial DNA | $150 |
| PharmLabs | $160 | Microbial count (TAMC and TYMC) | $220 |
| Janoshik | $180, in EU per vial | Microbial count (TAMC and TYMC), pass or fail, 14 days | $290 |
| ILS Laboratories | Only inside its $600 full QC panel | A DNA microarray screen, in the same panel | In the panel |
The word “sterility” covers different tests at different prices. The compendial sterility test is USP <71>: the sample is cultured and watched for growth for 14 days. A PCR screen detects microbial DNA, and a microbial count says how many organisms grew. Both answer other questions, so a $150 PCR screen and a $150 USP <71> test are not the same purchase. For endotoxin, a number in EU per vial or per mg can be compared with any limit you choose; a pass against an unstated limit cannot. Both tests are compared in detail in endotoxin and sterility test cost.
The same job at each lab: one GLP-1 vial with endotoxin
To see what a real order costs, we added each lab’s list prices for one semaglutide or tirzepatide vial: the core test plus endotoxin. These are our sums, not quotes, before shipping, extra vials and tax.
| Lab | Core test | Endotoxin | Sum | Method named on the lab’s pages |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bioviridian | $150 | $150 | $300 | HPLC with mass spectrometry |
| Freedom Diagnostics | $225 | $175 | $400 | HPLC with LC-MS |
| PharmLabs | $275 | $160 | $435 | HPLC |
| Accumark Labs | $250 | $200 | $450 | HPLC; LC-MS listed as in development |
| Vanguard Laboratory | $250 | $210 | $460 | HPLC |
| Horizon Analytical | $325 | $200 | $525 | HPLC with mass spectrometry |
| Chromate | $300 | $240 | $540 | HPLC |
| Janoshik | $360 | $180 | $540 | HPLC (blind GLP-1 test) |
| TrustPointe Analytics | $300 | $300 | $600 | HPLC |
The sums run from $300 to $600, and $700 for retatrutide at TrustPointe. Three facts change the comparison. First, identity: HPLC alone identifies a peptide by retention time, and a similar peptide can elute at almost the same time, while mass spectrometry measures the mass itself (LC-MS identity). Second, raw data: Janoshik sells raw data as a $25 add-on, while TrustPointe says all HPLC raw data comes with every result. Third, offers: Accumark takes 50% off a new customer’s first sample, up to $125, and Finnrick’s $250 Standard test includes endotoxin, with the lab chosen by Finnrick. How each lab shows identity on its reports is in peptide testing labs compared.
Price lists of the labs buyers ask about
Janoshik price list
Janoshik prices about 80 peptide tests one by one. Common peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, ipamorelin, CJC-1295 and PT-141 cost $215. GHK-Cu, tesamorelin, selank, semax and epithalon cost $290. Cagrilintide, mazdutide, MOTS-c, KPV and many less common peptides cost $450. Its add-ons per sample:
- raw data $25, variance testing $75, an additional report $50;
- endotoxin $180, the microbial count it sells as sterility $290, TFA analysis $290, pH $35;
- GLP-1 aggregate analysis $150, on the GLP-1 test only.
Rush doubles the price of the rushed tests and must be requested before the sample arrives. Volume prices are not published. Groups arrange tests through the contact form, because the online shop cannot split a payment. The stated average turnaround is 7 business days. More in the Janoshik review.
Freedom Diagnostics pricing
Freedom Diagnostics lists its prices in its online intake form. Beyond the core test, endotoxin costs $175 and its PCR microbial screen $150, and each needs one extra vial. Conformity testing of extra vials from the same lot costs $50 a vial, up to 15. A copy of the report under another company name costs $50. The form takes 5% off at 10 or more samples a month and 10% at 20 or more, plus 5% for military and first responders, set at invoicing. Your card is held on file and charged after the samples arrive and testing begins. More in the Freedom Diagnostics review.
Chromate prices
Chromate publishes a price for every compound. BPC-157, TB-500, ipamorelin, CJC-1295 and PT-141 cost $180. GHK-Cu, tesamorelin, selank and epithalon cost $240. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and hGH cost $300. Cagrilintide, mazdutide, MOTS-c and KPV cost $380, and hGH with dimer analysis $420. It publishes no bundles, volume discounts or rush fees, and quotes compounds that are not on the list. You order by email, and the shipping address comes after payment. More in the Chromate review.
Vanguard Laboratory prices
Vanguard sells packages. Silver, at $250 with one vial, covers purity, quantity, identity and solubility. Gold, at $550 with three vials, adds endotoxin, bioburden (USP <61>), a fentanyl screen and a vial seal check. At any level you can add USP <71> sterility for $150 and conformity on 1 to 3 extra vials for $100. TFA analysis costs $50 and residual solvents $150. Expedited work is subject to approval, with no published fee. There is no prepayment: Vanguard emails a payment link within a week of intake. More in the Vanguard Laboratory review.
ILS Laboratories prices
ILS lists its HPLC panel at $200 and a full QC panel at $600 that adds endotoxin (USP <85>) and a DNA microarray screen, among other tests. Conformity vials cost $50 each, reports under another brand $100 each, and a 3-business-day rush $150 per sample. One order of 15 to 29 samples gets 5% off, 30 to 49 gets 10%, and 50 or more gets 20%. ILS says existing clients may have different prices. LC-MS identity is an add-on without a published price.

How to compare two peptide testing quotes
A lower total buys less if the tests differ. Before you compare totals, check each line:
- Identity: a mass match by LC-MS, or a retention time only.
- Content in mg: in the price, or extra, as at Freedom Diagnostics.
- Raw data: chromatograms and spectra in the report, or sold separately.
- Endotoxin: a number in EU, or pass or fail.
- Sterility: USP <71> over 14 days, or a screen with the same name.
- Vials: how many each test needs, since you pay for those vials too (how many vials a test needs).
- Extras and payment: rush, report copies, shipping, and when you pay.
- Acceptance: whether your seller or group accepts the lab, or you may pay for a second test.
What makes a bill rise or fall, and which savings cost you the answer, is in peptide testing cost and is cheap peptide testing reliable. What a purity-only test costs, and what it leaves out, is in peptide purity testing cost.
What HK Analytical quotes
HK Analytical has no published price list. Prices are quoted on request through the quote form, and group tests and batch testing for brands are quoted per sample. Our running costs are lower, and our quotes reflect that. The evidence does not change: every number comes with its raw data, in a signed record you can check.
One order can cover any mix, per sample, of identity (LC-MS), purity (HPLC), content per vial, blind GLP-1 identification, endotoxin (LAL), Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days), residual solvents, counter-ion (TFA, acetate), water content (Karl Fischer) and vial-to-vial consistency. Results within days of receipt. Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days) is the one test that takes 14 days, because the method incubates for 14 days. Each report carries our own photo of the vial as received and can be checked on /verify. How our reports compare with five labs is on how we compare, and the example report shows the format.
Questions
How much is Janoshik peptide testing?
A common peptide such as BPC-157 costs $215 at Janoshik, and a GLP-1 sample $360 through its blind test. Adding endotoxin ($180) and raw data ($25) brings a BPC-157 order to $420 and a GLP-1 order to $565. Blends cost $320 to $800. The result gives mg per vial and purity by HPLC. Prices checked September 2026, before shipping.
How much does Freedom Diagnostics charge to test peptides?
Freedom Diagnostics charges $200 for purity and identity by HPLC with LC-MS, and $25 more for net content in mg, so $225 for the usual test. With endotoxin ($175) the order comes to $400, plus one extra vial. Its intake form prices each test, not each peptide. Prices checked September 2026, before shipping.
How much does Krause Analytical charge for peptide testing?
Krause publishes no prices on its own site; its contact page takes pricing inquiries. Finnrick sells Krause-run tests from $39 a sample for identity, purity and quantity, with endotoxin from $99 more and $120 more to keep the result unpublished. Prices checked September 2026.
How much does MZ Biolabs charge for peptide testing?
MZ Biolabs publishes no price list. It quotes each order through its contact form. Ask for the tests, the number of vials, payment terms and the expected timing in one quote, so you can compare it line by line with a lab that publishes prices.
What does peptide lab testing cost in Malaysia?
Our September 2026 survey of 47 labs that test peptides for buyers found none in Malaysia, so there is no local price to compare. Buyers there can mail vials to a lab abroad and pay that lab's price plus courier costs. Check that the lab accepts international samples before you ship.
