  2. 02

    Pack and ship

    Accept the quote and we send your sample numbers and the address. Vials travel unopened, custody form inside.

    We measure

    Logged and photographed on arrival, then measured. A second person reviews every result before release.

    Your report

    A signed PDF and a private link. You choose who sees it.

Pack it right.

Six rules. They keep the sample as it was sold.

  1. 01 Unopened Vials sealed, as sold.
  2. 02 Numbered Mark each vial with its sample number. Keep the product label on; with label withheld, cover only the claim.
  3. 03 Extra vials, sealed Sterility and endotoxin each need their own unopened vials. Your quote says how many.
  4. 04 Upright, bagged, padded Sealed in a bag and cushioned against knocks.
  5. 05 Custody form inside Printed and filled in by hand. Print the form.
  6. 06 Tracked Ship with tracking and send us the number.

You are responsible for making sure you may legally send the sample to our lab.

Chain of custody.

Each vial gets a lab ID on arrival. Every step after that is recorded, and the report prints it.
