01Who is responsible

02What we collect
- Forms
- What you send: your email address and country, and what else you choose to enter, such as a name or alias, organisation, sample details and a message.
- Abuse protection
- A fingerprint of your IP address: a SHA-256 hash with a salt that changes every day. We never store the address itself.
- Reports
- The sample details, the results, the name you chose for the report and the relationship statement.
- Checking a report
- The report ID and key you enter are sent to our server to find the report. We store only a fingerprint of each key, never the key. The PDF check runs in your browser: only the file’s fingerprint is sent, never the file.
03What we do not collect
- No cookies.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising scripts.
- No fonts, scripts or embeds loaded from other sites.
- No home address. Reports are online.
04Why
To answer your request, prepare a quote, test your sample, issue and host your report, and protect the service from abuse.
05How long
Report records are kept so that every report stays verifiable. Contact details are not printed on reports and do not appear on report pages.
06Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores form entries and reports in its database and file storage.
07Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, as far as the law allows. Use the contact form.
08Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version.
