01Who we are
HK Analytical tests samples and issues reports on what it measured. These terms apply when you request a quote, send a sample or use a report.
02Quotes
Prices are on request. A quote lists the tests, the number of vials to send and the price.
Work starts after you accept the quote.
03Your part
- Send only samples you may lawfully send to our lab.
- Declare any link between you and HK Analytical when you request a quote. The report states it.
- Use samples and reports for research and analytical purposes only.
04Samples
Each vial is logged and photographed when it arrives.
05Results
A result applies only to the sample as we received it. HK Analytical did not take the sample.
Fields you supply, such as product name, label claim and lot, are marked client-supplied. We do not verify them.
Interpretations are shown only in boxes marked “Interpretation (opinion)”.
06Reports
- A report may be shared only in full and without changes.
- The authoritative copy is the one on hkanalytical.com, opened with its link or with its report ID and key.
- Reports are private by default. You decide who gets the link.
- No one, including you, can change a result after release.
07Relationship statement
Every report states whether the client is independent of HK Analytical or affiliated with it. If a declaration turns out to be false, we withdraw the affected reports and reissue them with the correct statement.
08Corrections
We never edit a released report. A correction is a new version that names the old one and gives the reason. The old version stays visible, marked superseded. A withdrawn report says so, with the reason.
09Disputes
If you think a result is wrong, contact us with the report ID.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
