short answer
In September 2026 the lowest price for a peptide test was nothing: Finnrick's community tests are free, with a published result. Paid tests started at $39 through Finnrick, and the lowest direct lab prices were $125 to $150. The cheapest useful test proves identity by mass, gives content in mg with raw data, and comes from a lab your seller accepts. Split ten ways, the lowest published price we found for a panel with endotoxin and a USP <71> sterility test came to $50 per member.
The cheapest peptide testing labs, by published price
For one BPC-157 sample, a basic test of what is in the vial cost from nothing to $250 at the routes below. The table lists them from the lowest price up. Every price is a published list price in US dollars for one sample at standard turnaround, before shipping and tax, checked September 2026. The last column is the trade-off that comes with each price.
| Route | Price for one BPC-157 test | What the price covers | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Finnrick community test | Free | Identity, purity and quantity | Finnrick picks the lab and publishes the result; target about 4 weeks |
| Krause Analytical, through Finnrick Custom | From $39 | Identity by mass spectrometry, purity, quantity | Published unless you pay $120 more |
| Ichor Life Sciences, through Finnrick Custom | From $69 | Identity by mass spectrometry, purity, quantity | Seven peptides only; Finnrick expects 3–4 weeks |
| BTLabs, through Finnrick Custom | From $79 | Identity, purity and quantity | Published unless you pay $120 more |
| BTLabs online store | $125 | Not stated on the product page | The lab’s own price list comes through a request form |
| Accumark Labs, first sample | $125, then $250 | Identity by HPLC retention time, purity, quantity | Half price on one sample, up to $125 off |
| Bioviridian | $150 | Identity by mass spectrometry, purity, net peptide content | Standard 3–5 business days; no volume discount |
| PharmLabs, through Finnrick Custom | From $169 | Identity by HPLC retention time, purity, quantity | Finnrick expects about 1 week |
| Chromate | $180 | Qualitative and quantitative HPLC analysis | Semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide cost $300 |
| ILS Laboratories | $200 | Identity by HPLC retention time, purity, quantity | LC-MS identity is a custom add-on |
| Janoshik | $215 | mg per vial and purity | The chromatogram costs $25 more |
| Freedom Diagnostics | $225 | Purity and identity, plus net content | $200 without the net content |
Two things stand out. The routes under $100 all go through Finnrick, a rating site in Austin that orders tests from partner labs. And the price ranks change once you add what many buyers need: a private result, a check that the peptide is the right one, raw data, and a lab your seller will listen to.
What the lowest price leaves out
A private result
Finnrick’s Custom prices are for a result that Finnrick publishes. Keeping it unpublished costs $120 more per sample. That turns Krause’s $39 test into $159 and BTLabs’ $79 test into $199, both above Bioviridian’s $150 direct price.
Add endotoxin and the order shifts again. An unpublished Ichor test with endotoxin starts at $218: $98 for the test plus $120. Finnrick’s own Standard test costs $250, includes endotoxin and keeps the result private, with a target of about two weeks. Bioviridian’s two tests cost $300. No Finnrick route offered sterility in September 2026, so a 14-day sterility test means ordering from a lab directly.
Free tests have a payer too. Finnrick pays the partner lab, and its income comes from member subscriptions and fees from sellers. Sellers can also pay for their customers’ tests through its Grow with Finnrick programme. When a seller pays, check that the lot on the report matches your vial. Free peptide testing sets out who pays and what each model means for you.
Time
Finnrick measures its own turnaround from the day it receives a vial, including shipping to the lab. For the three months to 23 September 2026, its status page showed medians of 20 to 23 days at Krause and 19 to 24 days at BTLabs, depending on the test. Direct labs publish shorter times: 48 to 72 hours at Accumark, 3 to 5 business days at Bioviridian and an average of 7 business days at Janoshik. Finnrick’s figures are measured; a lab’s published turnaround is its own statement. The full picture is in how long peptide testing takes.
Proof of identity
Several low-price tests show identity by HPLC retention time: Accumark’s core panel, ILS’s HPLC panel and PharmLabs. Accumark’s site lists LC-MS identity as in development. ICH Q6A, the international guideline on drug-substance specifications, says identification by a single retention time “is not regarded as being specific”. A different peptide can elute at almost the same time. An LC-MS identity test measures the mass of the molecule itself. If your question is whether the vial holds the right peptide, a test that cannot answer it is no saving. Why retention time alone is not enough explains the difference.
Raw data
HPLC purity is a share of UV peak area, and only the chromatogram shows which peaks were counted. Bioviridian and Krause print a chromatogram and a mass spectrum on the report. Janoshik sells raw data as a $25 add-on. A report without it asks you to take the number on trust.
A lab your seller accepts
Buyers report that many sellers honour refund claims only with results from certain labs. In one Reddit thread, a buyer warned that testing with a lab your seller does not accept can mean paying for a second test. Read the seller’s terms first: which lab results vendors accept.
Cheapest peptide testing in the US, the UK and elsewhere
Every lab in this guide takes samples by post, so “cheap peptide testing near me” is a question about shipping. A nearby lab saves postage and days in transit; it does not lower the test fee.
| Where you are | Lowest published price we found | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| US | From $39 at Krause through Finnrick; $125 to $150 direct (Accumark first sample, Bioviridian) | Identity, purity and quantity |
| UK | £325 at PeptideVerify, or £430 with LC-MS identity, both including VAT | HPLC purity; LC-MS identity in the higher tier |
| UK, posting to the EU | $215 for BPC-157 at Janoshik in the Czech Republic | mg per vial and purity |
| Canada | CA$249 at Peptide Test Canada | HPLC purity with mass spectrometry identity |
| Australia | A$400 at Ozcanium before 10% GST, falling to A$325 each at 15 or more samples | Identity, purity and mg content |
Finnrick describes itself as serving the US market, so check that it takes samples from your country before you plan around its prices. A UK parcel to an EU lab crosses a customs border: declare the contents accurately and follow the courier’s rules. The labs in each region are covered in the guides for the US, the UK and Europe, Canada and Australia.
Hidden costs that change the total
Price and hidden fees are among the complaints buyers raise about labs. Some buyers say the cost of a test is too high for one person to pay alone. Before you compare two quotes, ask about each of these:
- Extra vials. Endotoxin and sterility often need vials of their own. Freedom Diagnostics asks for an extra vial for endotoxin and another for its PCR screen, and Bioviridian needs two for sterility. Those vials cost you money too; see how many vials a test needs.
- Raw data. Printed on the report at some labs, an add-on at others.
- Report copies. An extra copy, often under another company name, costs $35 at Accumark, $50 at Freedom Diagnostics and Janoshik, and $100 at ILS.
- Rush. Janoshik doubles the price of a rushed test. No fee shortens a USP <71> sterility test, because the 14-day incubation is the method.
- Shipping. Most labs expect you to post samples at your own cost.
- Price changes. Chromate listed sterility at $180 in July 2024 and at $240 in September 2026. Get the price in writing before you ship.
Every add-on price we found is in peptide testing cost, and the lab-by-lab list is in the peptide testing price comparison.
The cheapest way to test peptides and keep the evidence
These savings lower the bill without weakening the result:
- Split one test across a group. The lowest sum of published prices we found for identity, purity, content, endotoxin and a test listed as USP <71> sterility on one peptide was $500, at Bioviridian ($150 + $150 + $200). Split ten ways, that is $50 each before shipping, and every member gets the same report. On Group Test Hub, members pay a $5 deposit that counts towards their share. Follow how to run a peptide group test.
- Test one batch once. If a group or a seller has already tested your batch, and the report opens on the lab’s own site, a second test of the same lot may add little. Match the lot first: how to verify a peptide COA.
- Order the tests that answer your question. Identity, content and purity say what is in the vial. Endotoxin and sterility answer contamination questions for products sold as sterile vials. What a full peptide panel includes shows which tests you can leave out.
- Use published offers and tiers. Accumark takes half off a new customer’s first sample, up to $125. Freedom Diagnostics takes 5% off at 10 or more samples a month and 10% at 20. ILS takes 5% to 20% off single orders of 15 samples or more.
- Skip rush when you can wait. Rush adds $150 a sample at ILS and doubles the price at Janoshik.
- Accept a published result if it suits you. A free community test costs nothing, if you can wait and do not need the result kept private.
Other savings cost you the answer:
- Identity by retention time only, when identity is the question you need answered.
- No raw data, so no one can check how a number was reached.
- Endotoxin as pass or fail. A number in EU per mg or per vial can be compared with any limit you choose; a pass against an unstated limit cannot. See endotoxin testing.
- A “sterility” test that is not USP <71>. A PCR screen or a microbial count answers a different question from a 14-day culture.

Testing in Hong Kong: what HK Analytical quotes
Our lab is in Hong Kong, close to the manufacturers many brands buy from. Our running costs are lower than those of labs in the US and Europe, and our quotes reflect that. The evidence does not change: every number comes with its raw data, in a signed record you can check. What location changes, and what stays the same, is in affordable peptide testing in Hong Kong; where those manufacturers are is in where peptides are made.
We have no published price list. Ask for a quote on the quote form; group tests and batch testing for brands are quoted per sample. One order can cover any mix, per sample, of identity (LC-MS), purity (HPLC), content per vial, blind GLP-1 identification, endotoxin (LAL), Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days), residual solvents, counter-ion (TFA, acetate), water content (Karl Fischer) and vial-to-vial consistency. Results within days of receipt. Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days) is the one test that takes 14 days, because the method incubates for 14 days. Each report carries our own photo of the vial as received and can be checked on /verify. The example report shows the format.
Questions
What is the cheapest peptide testing lab?
By published price in September 2026, Finnrick's community tests are free and a test at Krause Analytical ordered through Finnrick starts at $39, both with a published result. Direct from a lab, BTLabs' online store lists $125 for common peptides and Bioviridian $150 for identity, purity and net content. Compare what each price covers: the identity method, content in mg, raw data and whether your seller accepts the lab.
What is the cheapest way to test peptides?
Split one lab bill in a group test, so each member pays a share and gets the same report. Order only the tests that answer your question, skip rush, and check whether your batch already has a report you can verify on the lab's own site. A free community test costs least of all, if a published result and a wait of several weeks suit you.
What is the cheapest peptide testing in the US?
Through Finnrick, a US service, tests start at $39 at Krause Analytical, $69 at Ichor and $79 at BTLabs. Results are published unless you pay $120 more. Direct from US labs, the lowest published prices we found were $125 at BTLabs' online store, $125 for a first sample at Accumark and $150 at Bioviridian. Prices checked September 2026.
Where is the cheapest peptide testing in the UK?
PeptideVerify lists HPLC purity at £325 and purity with LC-MS identity at £430, including VAT, as checked in September 2026. Many UK buyers post vials to a lab in the EU instead, such as Janoshik in the Czech Republic, which lists BPC-157 at $215. A parcel to the EU crosses a customs border, so declare the contents accurately and follow the courier's rules.
Are cheap lab-tested peptides really tested?
A seller's report shows one sample of one batch, tested by the lab it names. Check that the lab is named, that the report opens on the lab's own website by its ID or key, and that the lot matches your vial. If any check fails, the claim is unproven. The price of the product says nothing either way about the test.
Is there cheap peptide testing near me?
Peptide labs work by post, so where you live changes shipping cost and days in transit, not the test fee. Choose the lab for its methods, reports and price, then check the courier's rules for your country. Several labs, Janoshik among them, take samples from abroad.
