What Freedom Diagnostics is and where it is based
Freedom Diagnostics Testing is a peptide testing lab in Franklin, Tennessee, USA. Its home page gives a Franklin address and the line “Est. 2023 – Franklin, Tennessee”. It is built for vendors (“Serving vendors nationwide”) but states that individuals are always welcome. Finnrick used it as a partner lab from April to September 2025 and published 216 of its tests across 15 peptides. The Peptides Weekly Q3 2026 lab guide ranks it second, after Janoshik.

Tests and methods Freedom Diagnostics lists
- Purity by HPLC, reported as a percentage.
- Identity by LC-MS, a molecular mass check. The lab states: “HPLC confirms purity. LC-MS confirms identity. We never issue one without the other.”
- Net content, the mg of peptide in the vial. It is ordered with identity.
- Endotoxin by LAL per USP <85>, run in two replicates, with an assay sensitivity of 0.05 EU/mL or lower, reported as pass or fail.
- Sterility (PCR), a screen for microbial DNA.
- Conformity: extra vials of the same lot, reported together on one COA.
- Fentanyl screen, and pH on request.
- Vial photo, included on the COA.
Blends of two or more named peptides are accepted, each with its own mg claim. Purity is not available for liquid blends or for capsules, creams, nasal sprays, tablets or serums.
The lab does not offer TFA or residual solvent testing. It does not accept oils or steroids, SARMs, or hormone products such as HGH, HCG and testosterone.
How identity is confirmed
Every peptide COA pairs HPLC purity with an LC-MS identity result. The 2026 COAs we read show a mass-confirmation image beside the chromatogram. They do not print the expected mass or the error, and they show no peak table. The comparison table records identity as “mass spectrum image; no expected mass or error”. If you need the numbers behind the match, ask the lab for them. Our peptide testing labs compared guide shows how other labs present identity.
Endotoxin and sterility at Freedom Diagnostics
Endotoxin is an LAL test per USP <85>, with two replicates on the COA and a pass or fail result. The sterility option is a PCR screen, reported as “No Detectable Microbial DNA”. A PCR screen looks for microbial DNA. It is a different test from USP <71>, which incubates the sample in culture media for 14 days and looks for growth. Our guide to endotoxin vs sterility explains both.
Endotoxin and sterility each need one additional vial.
Freedom Diagnostics turnaround
The home page states “Average results in 1-3 business days”, and the lab says turnaround begins at accessioning. On the 2026 example COA we read, the sample was received on 18 September 2026 and reported on 21 September 2026. Add the shipping time to Franklin.
How to verify a Freedom Diagnostics COA, step by step
Every COA prints “Searchable via: FreedomDiagnosticsTesting.com”, and the lookup is public.
- Note the accession number and the company name on the COA. The accession number starts with the date as YYMMDD, then a four-digit daily sequence.
- Open freedomdiagnosticstesting.com yourself and go to the COA lookup page.
- Search by company name, or by the search code: the first four letters of the company name followed by the accession number.
- Open the PDF the lookup returns and compare it with your copy: product, results, dates and vial photo.
- If you scan the QR code on a 2026 COA, check that the PDF opens on coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com.
- Check that the company on the COA is the seller you bought from. The COA shows the company name the client supplied.
Our COA verification guide covers the checks that apply to any lab.
How to order Freedom Diagnostics testing
- Fill in the four-step online form: your details, each sample and its tests, the COA details with an e-signature, and the confirmation.
- Print the barcode packing slip and put it in the box.
- Ship the sample to the Franklin address with the carrier you choose.
- The card you put on file is charged after the samples arrive and testing begins.
Samples must arrive in a crimped, unopened vial, with one cap colour per sample. A paper intake form is also available. COA details cannot be changed after release, so check the company and product names before you sign.
Who Freedom Diagnostics suits
Freedom Diagnostics suits vendors and buyers who want:
- a published average of 1–3 business days;
- a public COA lookup by company;
- a one-page COA with a chromatogram, a mass image and a vial photo;
- multi-vial conformity on one COA;
- an online form and card payment.
Look elsewhere for steroids, SARMs or hormone products, TFA or residual solvents, or a USP <71> sterility test. For other options, see Freedom Diagnostics alternatives and Janoshik alternatives.
How HK Analytical differs
Our sterility test is USP <71>, 14 days, and we also run residual solvents and counter-ion (TFA, acetate). Our identity result prints the expected and observed mass with the error, and every number comes with its raw data. Each report is a signed record you can check on /verify, with our own vial photo. Results within days of receipt. Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days) is the one test that takes 14 days, because the method incubates for 14 days. We do not hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. See the example report.
Questions
How much does Freedom Diagnostics peptide testing cost?
Freedom Diagnostics publishes a price for each test in its online submission form. The form also shows volume discounts from 10 samples a month and a discount for military and first responders. Your card is held on file and charged only after the samples arrive and testing begins. Check the form for current figures.
How long does Freedom Diagnostics take?
The home page says "Average results in 1-3 business days". The clock starts at accessioning, when the lab logs your sample in, so add shipping time to Franklin, Tennessee. On the 2026 example COA we read, the sample was received on 18 September and reported on 21 September.
Is Freedom Diagnostics legit?
Freedom Diagnostics operates from Franklin, Tennessee, and issues COAs that carry a named signing chemist and an accession number anyone can look up on its site. Finnrick used it as a partner lab in 2025 and published 216 of its tests. To judge one report, look it up on the lab's own site and read what evidence it shows.
Does Freedom Diagnostics test sterility?
It offers a PCR screen for microbial DNA, reported as "No Detectable Microbial DNA". A PCR screen looks for microbial DNA. The 14-day USP <71> test is a different method, based on culture. The PCR screen needs one extra vial.
How do I find a Freedom Diagnostics COA?
Open the COA lookup page on freedomdiagnosticstesting.com and search by company name or by search code. The search code is the first four letters of the company name followed by the accession number. The lookup lists that company's COAs and opens each PDF.
