What Janoshik is and where it is based

Janoshik is a commercial testing service for peptides, anabolic steroids, SARMs, SERMs, sexual-health compounds and other research materials. The company behind it, Janoshik s.r.o., is registered in Prague, Czech Republic, according to its terms and conditions and the Czech ARES register. The janoshik.com domain was registered in 2016, and the site says the team has over 10 years of experience in chemical analysis.

Buyers from many countries use it. When we checked, the front page of Janoshik’s public results page showed about 380 reports that clients had asked to make public. Finnrick, a rating site, used Janoshik as a partner lab from April to September 2025 and published 195 of its tests.

Tests and methods Janoshik lists

Each test page lists the compound’s CAS number, molecular weight, sequence, method, sample size and turnaround. That makes the catalogue easy to read before you order.

  • Peptides: HPLC gives mg per vial and purity. A mass/mass purity format is an option. One whole unopened vial is the standard sample, or 30 mg of raw powder in a sealed glass vial.
  • GLP-1 blind test: identifies which of semaglutide, tirzepatide or retatrutide is in the vial, and flags a mixture. There are no separate single-compound GLP-1 tests; GLP-1s go through this blind test. A GLP-1 aggregate analysis can be added.
  • Larger peptides: hGH purity, with an option for dimers and higher molecular weight proteins; HCG by HPLC or an immunoassay alternative.
  • Add-ons per sample: TFA analysis, raw data, fentanyl presence, variance testing (extra vials of the same batch), pH, endotoxin, CHNS mass report, an LC-MS screen for peptide contamination, and sterility.
  • Other categories: blind screens for steroids and SARMs, and single-compound tests.

Janoshik publishes a price for every test and add-on. See the peptide catalogue for the current list.

How identity is confirmed

The standard peptide test is HPLC. The reports we read name the peptide and give its mg and purity, but they print no identity evidence such as a mass spectrum. The comparison table records this as “the peptide is named; no identity evidence on the report”. For GLP-1s, the blind test answers the identity question directly by naming which of the three compounds is present. If you need a mass match, ask whether the LC-MS add-on covers it for your peptide. Our guide to LC-MS identity explains what a mass match proves.

Endotoxin and sterility at Janoshik

Endotoxin is measured by LAL and reported in EU per vial. It is not offered for oils, raw powders or tablets. Janoshik asks for one vial for endotoxin and recommends two.

Janoshik’s sterility test is a culture count of total aerobic microbes and total yeasts and moulds (TAMC and TYMC), reported as pass or fail, with a 14-day turnaround. It needs two unopened peptide vials. TAMC and TYMC are the enumeration counts described in USP <61>. The compendial sterility test is USP <71>. If your group or client needs USP <71> by name, confirm the method before you order. Our guide to sterility testing for peptides explains the difference.

Janoshik turnaround

The peptide and endotoxin pages state “Average turnaround time: 7 business days”. Sterility takes 14 days because the culture incubates. Rush testing costs extra and must be requested through the contact form before the sample arrives. Some add-ons cannot be rushed.

How to verify a Janoshik report, step by step

Janoshik’s check opens the lab’s own copy of the report, so you can compare it with the copy a seller shows.

  1. Find the task number and the 12-character unique key on the report, under the line that points to Janoshik’s verify page.
  2. Type janoshik.com/verification into your browser yourself. Do not rely on a link in a seller’s page.
  3. Enter the task number and key, or scan the QR code on the report.
  4. Compare the page with your copy line by line: compound, mg, purity and dates.
  5. Check the vial photo on the verify page against the cap, label and batch of the product you have.
  6. Read the client, sample, manufacturer and batch fields with care. The client who ordered the test types them. The verify page proves Janoshik issued the report; it cannot prove your vial came from the same batch.

Our COA verification guide covers the same checks for other labs.

How to order Janoshik testing

  1. Choose the tests and add-ons in the online shop.
  2. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
  3. Follow the shipping instructions Janoshik sends after payment, and post the sample.
  4. Receive the report with its task number and unique key, and keep both.

Group tests are arranged through the contact form, because the shop cannot split one payment. A client can ask Janoshik to list a report on its public results page. Janoshik states it does not endorse the companies listed there.

Who Janoshik suits

Janoshik suits buyers who want:

  • a report that sellers and group tests already know;
  • a broad catalogue that goes beyond peptides;
  • the GLP-1 blind test;
  • published prices and payment by cryptocurrency.

Check first if you need identity evidence or a chromatogram on the standard report, or a USP <71> sterility test. To weigh other labs, read Janoshik alternatives and peptide testing labs compared.

How HK Analytical differs

Our report shows identity by LC-MS with the expected and observed mass, and every number comes with its raw data, with no add-on needed. We offer Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days). The report is a signed record you can check on /verify. It carries our own photo of the vial as received and states how the client is related to us. Results within days of receipt. Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days) is the one test that takes 14 days, because the method incubates for 14 days. We do not hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. See the example report.

Questions

Where is Janoshik testing located?

Janoshik s.r.o. is registered in Prague, Czech Republic, according to its terms and the Czech business register. The company was formed in 2022, and the janoshik.com domain dates from 2016. Janoshik sends the shipping address for samples after you pay for an order.

How do I verify a Janoshik test with the unique key?

Open janoshik.com/verification by typing the address yourself. Enter the task number and the 12-character unique key printed on the report. The page should show the same compound, results and dates as your copy, plus the lab's photo of the vial. Scanning the QR code on the report leads to the same record.

How long does Janoshik testing take?

Janoshik's peptide and endotoxin test pages state an average turnaround of 7 business days. Sterility takes 14 days. Rush service is available for a surcharge if you request it through the contact form before the sample arrives. Some add-ons cannot be rushed.

Can I send samples to Janoshik from Australia?

Janoshik accepts samples posted from other countries and sends shipping instructions after payment. Declare the contents accurately and follow your courier's rules. We cannot advise on whether a product may be imported into or exported from your country.

How accurate is Janoshik testing?

The standard report gives results without method details or a chromatogram, so you cannot check the calculation from the report alone. The raw data add-on gives you the data behind the result. Janoshik's site states no ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. To compare labs on the same batch, send split vials of one batch to two labs.

Does a Janoshik report include raw data?

Not on the standard report. The reports we read show the results, dates, a signature and the verification details. Raw data is a paid add-on on Janoshik's peptide test pages, listed with options such as TFA analysis, variance testing and a mass/mass purity format.
