short answer
Testides Analytical is an analytical data service in Ontario, Canada, that serves North America. A partner laboratory performs the measurements; Testides coordinates the work, reviews the data and issues the report. It lists HPLC-DAD purity and quantity, MS identity when the question needs it, and endotoxin per USP <85>. It states results within 10 days of receipt, and anyone can look up a report number at testides.com/verify.
What Testides is and where it is based
Testides Analytical describes itself as an analytical data service for research materials. Its footer reads “Ontario, Canada · Serving North America”. It publishes no street address.
Testides works with a partner laboratory. Its site states: “The laboratory performs the measurement. Testides manages the client relationship, analytical coordination, data review, evidence package, and verified reporting.” The example report names the lab by a code and gives Testides as the data reviewer. Testides also states that it issues no white-label reports, no reports for third-party brands and has no reseller network.
On accreditation, the site says that where applicable, testing is conducted within the scope of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, and that accreditation is facility, method and scope specific. It does not name the facility or a certificate number, so ask which tests on your order are covered.
Peptigrity, a certificate directory, lists 65 Testides certificates covering 31 compounds from 6 shops.

Tests and methods Testides lists
The analytical scope page describes these methods:
- HPLC-DAD with a full 214 nm trace, retention time alignment and a UV spectral match against the reference.
- Same-run quantitation: a calibration run alongside the sample, with R², residuals and back-calculated values.
- Orthogonal MS (observed m/z and charge states) “when the analytical question requires”.
- Compendial tests: endotoxin per USP <85>, and microbial enumeration and specified organisms per USP <61> and <62>.
- pH, through the client portal.
The compound list has about 70 entries. They include the incretin analogues semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide and liraglutide, and the amylin analogue cagrilintide. Growth hormone secretagogues, HGH, HCG, IGF-1 variants, SS-31, NAD+, bacteriostatic water and several small molecules are also listed. No anabolic steroids are listed. For controlled or scheduled materials, the site says not to ship before written acceptance.
How identity is confirmed
By default, identity rests on retention time and the UV spectrum matched against a reference. Testides is open about the limit: it describes this as “not a definitive identity determination” unless MS is ordered. If you need a mass result, ask for the MS option when you request the quote. Our guide to LC-MS identity explains what a mass match adds.
Endotoxin and microbiology at Testides
Endotoxin is tested per USP <85>. The microbiology Testides lists is microbial enumeration and specified organisms per USP <61> and <62>. These count and screen for microbes; they are not the 14-day USP <71> sterility test, which Testides does not list. Our guide to sterility testing for peptides explains the difference.
The evidence package
Each report comes as an analytical PDF. You can add a raw evidence ZIP: the instrument files, a manifest and a SHA-256 hash for each file. That lets a second chemist reprocess the data. Testides also offers a browser tool, the evidence explorer, that recalculates each file’s SHA-256 value and compares it with the released package. The new report format, the “Analytical Evidence Report”, adds calibration, controls, blanks and a statement of what the analysis covers and does not cover.
Testides turnaround
Testides states: results published within 10 days, or your money back. The clock starts at recorded receipt.
How to verify a Testides report, step by step
Testides verifies reports by report number. Its verify page covers every report, including those issued before September 2026.
- Find the complete report number. It is printed on the certificate and on the vial label.
- Open testides.com/verify yourself. Do not use a link inside the PDF.
- Enter the report number.
- The page shows the recorded results, tests, dates, chromatogram and vial photo. Compare each with the certificate you were given; a genuine certificate matches.
- Read the report: the compound, the lab code, the results, and whether identity used MS or retention time and UV only.
Testides states that a match confirms it issued a report under that number and what the report records. It does not confirm who submitted the sample or whether the material is safe.
Our COA verification guide and our guide to signed COAs explain what a lookup or a hash check proves, and what a signature adds.
How to order Testides testing
- Register for the client portal on testides.com.
- Request a quote and download the service agreement.
- Ship the sample as instructed.
- Receive the report and any evidence files in the portal.
For group tests, Testides runs campaign pages. An organiser creates a public page, and contributors pay by card or Interac e-Transfer. The page shows funding, sample receipt and lab status, and the PDFs go privately to the organiser.
Who Testides suits
Testides suits Canadian and North American buyers and group organisers who want:
- raw instrument files, each with a hash;
- a public report-number lookup, and a browser check of evidence files;
- card or Interac payment;
- campaign pages for group tests;
- a stated 10-day window.
Ask first if you need USP <71> sterility, MS identity by default, public prices or a named measuring facility. See peptide testing in Canada and Janoshik alternatives for other options.
How HK Analytical differs
Our panel includes identity by LC-MS and Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days). Every number comes with its raw data. The report is a signed record (an Ed25519 signature over the canonical record) that anyone with its private link can check on /verify. We run group tests too. Results within days of receipt. Sterility (USP <71>, 14 days) is the one test that takes 14 days, because the method incubates for 14 days. We do not hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. See the example report and the comparison table.
Questions
Is Testides based in Canada?
Yes. The Testides site footer reads "Ontario, Canada · Serving North America". It publishes no street address. Testides coordinates the work and issues the report, while a partner laboratory performs the measurement. The order form lists every country, but the service is aimed at North America.
How much does Testides cost?
Testides does not show prices on its public site. Prices, quotes and the service agreement are in the client portal, which you register for on testides.com. Group test contributors pay by card or Interac e-Transfer.
How do I verify a Testides report?
Open testides.com/verify yourself and enter the full report number from the certificate or vial label. The page shows the results, tests, dates, chromatogram and vial photo Testides recorded. Compare them with the certificate you were given. Testides states that this confirms it issued a report under that number, not who submitted the sample or whether the material is safe.
Does Testides run its own lab?
Its current site says: "The laboratory performs the measurement. Testides manages the client relationship, analytical coordination, data review, evidence package, and verified reporting." The example report names the lab by a code and Testides as the data reviewer. Ask which facility will test your sample if that matters to you.
How long does Testides take?
Testides states that results are published within 10 days of recorded receipt, or you get a refund and the results free. The clock starts when the sample is logged in, so add shipping time.
